At Moonali, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear products are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used unless:
the item received is damaged,
defective,
or incorrect.
For eligible returns or exchanges:
products must remain unused,
unwashed,
and in original packaging with tags attached.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

your order details,
product photos,
and issue description.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to:
product availability,
size availability,
and condition approval after inspection.
Moonali reserves the right to reject exchanges if products show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
opened innerwear products,
used or washed items,
clearance or discounted products,
customized or personalized products.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect or defective product from Moonali.
Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs where applicable.
